2. Shipping cost are on customer's charge;
3. Books must be paid in advance;
4. Insurance is not included;
5. Shipment in Europe by courier or by post;
6. Shipment all over the world by Post.

For Italy by Bartolini (3-5 businnes days): Under 5 Kg. - 4.00 - 5.00 €
For Europe MBag Shipping (25-40 businnes days): Under 5 kg. 12.00 - 13.00 €
for each additional Kg. + 1.50 €

Expedited delivery for Europe:

- Trackable shipping by Courier (7-10 businnes days):Netherlands,Germany,Austria,Belgium, Luxembourg,France,
10,50 € - Others europe country (10-15 businnes days): under 1 kg, 13 € - from 1 kg to 2 kg, 19 €.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Prijzen zijn netto, in Euro en inclusief omzetbelasting (niet vermeld op de rekening in verband met deelname aan de Margeregeling). Verzendkosten op basis van kostprijs zijn voor rekening van de koper, evenals de eventuele kosten voor verzekerd en/of aangetekend verzenden. Bij waardevolle boeken behouden wij ons het recht voor de bestelling aangetekend te verzenden. Verzending geschiedt voor risico van de verkoper.

Bij bekende klanten binnen Nederland leveren we meestal op rekening. Ook ALTIJD uw telefoonnummer vermelden!

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden. Bestellingen kunnen schriftelijk, telefonisch of per email worden geplaatst. Ook kunt u de boeken inzien in onze winkel (ATTENTIE : wel liefst na kennisgeving hiervan vooraf). Alle boeken zijn volledig beschreven en in goede staat tenzij anders vermeld. Kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad of lichte beschadigingen die normaal zijn voor gebruikte boeken, zijn niet altijd aangegeven. Elke aankoop kan binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst aan verkoper retour gezonden worden; wel gaarne de door ons gemaakte portokosten vergoeden en een voorafgaande email wordt op prijs gesteld. Bij een retourzending ten gevolge van een onvolledige beschrijving vergoeden wij de retourporto. Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.

We endeavour to describe our books accurately, but if you are dissatisfied in any way on receipt of order or wish to cancel the contract for any reason within 7 days, which period is to start the day after the date on which the goods are received, in which case please contact us to arrange the return and refund of the cost of the goods and delivery.

Cheques drawn on UK only, Paypal, and UK postal orders. International money orders and cheques from countries other than the UK or US can not be accepted.

All books have a 2 week no quibble returns policy. Email us within 2 weeks to say you wish to return a book. Full refund given when book is returned.

We will take the cost of the book plus shipping from your card.
We reserve the right to ask for extra money to cover shipping of heavy books. We will email you 1st.
We try to send books by airmail if economical to do so.
Surfacemail is currently taking about 8 weeks to the US and 8 - 10 weeks Australia.

All books are returnable if the customer is dissatisfied within ten days of purchase. All items are offered subject to prior sale. Payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, or money order or check. Payment with order except for those customers known to us. Libraries and institutions invoiced with shipment. All shipments within the U.S. are made by UPS Ground or USPS. Shipping charges: By USPS media mail, $4 for the first book, $1 for each additional book. By UPS, $7.00 for the first book; $2.00 for each additional book. Larger, heavier items may result in additional shipping charges. Maryland residents must add 5% sales tax. For customers outside of the U.S., shipment will be made only via insured surface or insured airmail, unless the customer specifically requests an uninsured method (i.e., global priority) and specifically assumes all risks for lost shipments. We're based in the United Kingdom and dispatch all books within 48 hours. All orders must be paid for in advance.

Return policy:
Items not conforming to the catalogue description may be returned within 30 days of receipt, when a full refund will be provided.
